Define the part that must not change
Identify shared dimensions, color references and artwork elements across the collection. Keep that base specification in one clearly labeled document. If one version changes the border or orientation, call it out explicitly rather than allowing an incidental export difference to become the production instruction.
Make variable text easy to audit
List each word or identifier next to its filename and quantity. Compare spelling and line breaks at finished size. Woven construction can support detailed artwork, but the layout still needs enough room for the longest version without compressing the other text unpredictably.
Review matching as a practical goal
Different files should use the same intended reference values, but a screen image alone is not a manufacturing tolerance. Discuss the parts of the collection that need consistency. Preserve approved dimensions and color references instead of using successive screenshots as the master files.
Prepare for staged receiving
If the Des Moines destination will receive portions at different times, make the grouping explicit in the quote. Keep every shipment associated with the correct approved version list. Production and transit are both included in the turnaround; a split list should not create an assumed delivery guarantee.
Proof, production and shipping
Standard turnaround is approximately 10 business days, including production and shipping, starting from the next business day after final mockup approval. Priority Rush turnaround is approximately 7 business days, including production and shipping, starting from the next business day after final mockup approval.
Quantities from 1 are available. Quantities 1–10 use the existing ten-piece BASE production charge; per-piece add-ons use the actual ordered quantity.
Quotation shipping is free at $120 or more; otherwise it is $35. Confirm the destination and schedule in your quote.
Questions for this project
How should a collection with several identifiers be named?
Use a consistent base design reference plus a unique version label, and match each label to a quantity and proof.
What if one text version is longer than the others?
Review its fit explicitly. Adjustments should be approved rather than automatically shrinking text until it becomes difficult to read.
