Lay out the whole sequence
Measure the intended garment area and position paper versions of all digits together. Check whether neighboring shapes appear evenly spaced, rather than applying the same gap mechanically. Record the full arrangement width so the person attaching the patches has a consistent reference.
Separate visible shape from outer size
The main raised number and its felt surround can have different dimensions. Ask for the total patch outline, including any margin. This matters when a row of numbers sits near seams or another decoration. Approve the complete footprint rather than relying only on the central digit height.
Use contrast to reveal the edges
Consider how the raised face, support layer and receiving fabric will be distinguished. Similar tones may make the outer shape harder to recognize even if the digit is large. A proof should make the intended layers clear without implying that a screen exactly reproduces material texture.
Document quantities by digit
A mixed-number order needs a count for each individual piece, not only a total patch quantity. Share that list with the Omaha delivery details and retain the final layout. Changes to the number sequence or garment area should be reviewed as a new placement decision.
Proof, production and shipping
Standard turnaround is approximately 10 business days, including production and shipping, starting from the next business day after final mockup approval. Priority Rush turnaround is approximately 7 business days, including production and shipping, starting from the next business day after final mockup approval.
Quantities from 1 are available. Quantities 1–10 use the existing ten-piece BASE production charge; per-piece add-ons use the actual ordered quantity.
Quotation shipping is free at $120 or more; otherwise it is $35. Confirm the destination and schedule in your quote.
Questions for this project
Can the same spacing be used between every pair of digits?
Equal measured gaps may not look equally balanced because digit shapes differ. Review the complete arrangement at its actual size.
Why count each digit separately?
The production brief needs the quantity of each distinct design. A total number of patches does not reveal how many copies of each digit are required.
